The institute provides structured upskilling courses aimed at enhancing professional competence and employability, with pathways for lateral entry into postgraduate diploma programs at Martin Luther Christian University. TREDA also offers supervised internships, fieldwork, and volunteering opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students from psychology, counselling, social work, and allied disciplines.
